Ive been giving the birds some peanuts which are not foul or anything but I went to throw a little shredded coconut on their feeding station as I have a huge bag left from Thanksgiving but then I read it can blow up in their stomach and kill them. On the other hand I am a little confused as our new bag of cockatiel food shows coconut as an ingredient. Any thoughts on this? Do you really think the dried shredded coconut will kill them. FYI I dont feed them any milk or salty products.
