Looking for dog I gave up for adoption

This is a long shot... but I rehomed my dog a couple years ago. He was a German Shepard Australian shep mix and his name was Jack. He has been on my mind heavy the past couple weeks and I no longer have the contact information of the couple that adopted him from me. Does anyone have any information? The couple found me on Craigslist the first time so hopefully you are seeing this now. Just hoping to see him again. Thank you
