Full-time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN -- needed for a 136-unit apartment building in Palm Springs, CA. IMMEDIATE OPENING for an OFF-SITE highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to handle all aspects of multi-family property maintenance and preventative maintenance at La Ventana Apartments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Scheduling, performing, and completing work orders/repairs • Unit turnovers (painting, cleaning, etc.) • On-call emergency availability • Light driving • May include some travel to other properties in the portfolio ("floating") SKILLS HVAC Certification preferred Electrical Plumbing Painting Carpentry (basic) Turnover maintenance Read, write, and speak English Pass a drug/background screening Provide own tools Possess strong customer service/communication skills Valid driver's license and excellent driving record Valid proof of insurance COMPENSATION Hourly rate Bonus structure Please email or fax resume to (310) 388-0598.
