Craigslist is bombarded with cover and tribute band posts, isn't it? And then when there is actually "original" music, it's for worship gigs. Boring! Want to start a band with me? I can play drums, guitar, and bass. I'd prefer to play guitar, but I'm admittedly weakest at vocals. That being said, I do have a back catalog of my own originals I'd be happy to bring to the table.
Obviously, we'll have to keep it Covid safe. I have a space I can host in for rehearsal, but it is a murky basement. I mean, it does the job, but I figure we should probably chat and get to know each other for a little bit before I let you know where I live anyways. You know, stranger danger kind of stuff. Maybe we'll all get vaccinated in the mean time!
Oh yeah, this project would be for fun. It'd be sweet to play gigs eventually, but maybe something actually moderate like a few a year. You know, in case you have a full-time job, family, other hobbies, or even other musical projects you're a part of as well.
