Established Real Estate Developer seeks Carpenter/Handyman to work on home renovations. The right candidate will have reliable transportation, most basic tools, be able to pass a background check, and be looking for permanent, steady work 40 hours per week. Work is in Pinellas and Manatee Counties.
Must have experience/skills in:
-Good quality general carpentry skills
-Installing vinyl siding
-Installing doors and windows and trim
-Installing kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities
-Installing engineered hardwood and laminate flooring
-Installing baseboards
-Installing/repairing Drywall
-Light plumbing—install toilets and sinks
-Light electrical--Install Ceiling fans/light fixtures, replace outlets/switches
-Installing fence, panels, posts and gates
-Painting
$20-25/hour+ depending on experience/skills
