Mover/Driver Brothersezmoving.com All drivers are movers Must be 21 years or older Must have drivers license with no points, accidents or suspensions for traffic tickets.(clean MVR) Must be able or willing to learn to drive a 26 foot box truck. We are looking for discipline, athletic type people that are great at customer service. We pay based on experience and stages of training. Must be able to work six days a week Monday through Saturday. Must be able to run up and down stairs sometimes thirty times a day.(not every day) Must be able to lift 100 pounds over your head while walking and maneuvering up stairs and down stairs in tight spaces. If you like cross fit you will love this job. It will challenge you physically and mentality. It is not for everyone and we are looking for the right fit. Excellent customer service skills are a must. You break you buy. So be very careful while you hustle. Our movers have zeal. Pay- Hours and tips generally look like this. Winter 20 - 30 hour plus $50 - $100 in tips Spring fall 30 - 40 hours per week plus $100 - $200 Summer 40 - 60 hours per week plus $200 - $400 per week in tips The average day is 6 hours but we have 1 hour days and even 16 hour days from time to time. Forman get compensated for every review they get there name posted on Foreman get commission from the supplies they upsell Foreman get commission for junk they upsell Forman responsible for damages Forman accountable for time JOB DESCRIPTION: Running hard to impress customer and reducing bill to earn maximum review and tip. Working in the rain sometime while lifting heavy furniture and walking backwards up a ramp into the box truck. We pack peoples dishes, lamps, pictures, T.V.s, clothes, and all small items in boxes for the move. We skillfully blanket and shrink wrap all large furniture. The crew of at least two will load furniture and boxes in the truck drive to the new location and unload the truck. Occasionally we are gone overnights Why work here- 1.
