Have $100 a day for Carpenter/jack of all trades handyman to turn a beat up house into something awesome with no budgets for materials. The hired person MUST be able to organize and collect and utilize FREE and USED materials available as well as ABLE to SOURCE used materials himself and have a TRUCK to bring them on site for completing work. This is not a job for anyone but someone who wants to work everyday or wants work on his off days when not on his real jobs or big paying jobs, and have a PASSION for CREATIVITY and is actually interested turning crap into magic understanding PROBLEM SOLVING as if it's his own place. Irresponsible day players are not needed. Professional rate or else type big attitudes are not wanted. This is not a job for everyone and it pays minimum. Looking for artist type and/or hobbiest w/ a strong portfolio and/or skills and need work for the whole year at a minimum 2 days to maximum 5 days a week. $100 / day CASH. No contract. Starts in March. Hires daily and fires daily until we find the right guy. Looking for one guy who can last one full year, quick cash hit and quit mentality is not welcomed. We defnitel dont' rehire whoever we already fired. Please think twice before you reach out. We have a cool space but it needs a lot of work and we have no more monies to do it right.
