We are looking for an experienced directional drill operator and locators. Qualified candidates will have a minimum 1 year experience. We run newer equipment and have experienced laborers in place. We offer a unique pay plan that consists of a base wage, plus production. Meaning, the harder you work and more footage you put in, the more money you make. This works out to be one of the highest paid operator positions in the cities. We also offer 401k and health insurance.
Do not get stuck making $25/hr cap. Come work for a company that incentivizes you for the hard work that you put in.
