American Akita puppies born 2/4/21 (3boys & 3girls). All puppies will be dewormed & vaccinated according to vaccination guidelines. Puppies will be ready for their forever homes 03/18/21. A short history on the breed, akitas are muscular, double-coated dogs of ancient Japanese lineage famous for their dignity, courage, and loyalty. They typically stand between 24-28 inches tall. Males can weigh up to 130 pounds while females can weigh up to 100 pounds. Akitas are highly intelligent and can learn tasks well, be mindful they can be stubborn and willful, so they will need a trainer who uses firm, incredibly consistent methods.
