{Please help - Genuine Question about Flagging

I just spent a good amount of time writing a post about being ready for my next new little furbaby, and it was almost immediately flagged and removed. This isnt the first time I've seen this happen. Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong? I'm so confused how obvious scammers who post email addresses, fake pictures and incoherent descriptions don't get flagged, but a genuine and heartfelt post about wanting a new dog is apparently not OK. Please help
