Part time – hours variable and scheduled during business hours. This is a new position and still in development. Wage to be determined; no medical or other benefits. COVID-19 safe policies and procedures in place. General Position Description Rare opportunity for a stable position operating a new piece of equipment that uses steam for weed control to eliminate the need for herbicides. The groundskeeper’s main responsibilities shall be to properly operate and help to maintain the equipment. Since we do not know how the steam will work on all of the weeds and how long re-growth could take, the number of hours assigned in a week will be variable up to 19 hours. On occasion, there could also be needed labor assistance on the property in addition to the steam treatments.
