We have openings for TWO (2) FULL-TIME positions in the greater San Antonio area. The job entails driving a daily route and picking up bulk items and/or cleaning up areas around apartment communities. Route Assistants start at $14.00/hr and Route Drivers can earn up to $18.00/hour depending on experience and skill level. We are a privately held 22-year-old established company working for large apartment communities around Austin, San Antonio, Houston Texas areas as well as our home office in Phoenix, AZ. Our primary work is maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of apartment communities. Drivers will need to know how to operate a 16' trailer pulled by a full size pickup truck. The hours are 3 am to approximately 10-11am or 5am - 1pm. Workweek includes all days except Tuesday and Sunday. We are seeking reliable and stable full time (40-45 hrs per week) employees. This is not seasonal work. Additionally, we also work cleaning out abandoned apartment units on an as needed basis. Every employee takes their work truck home with them every day so transportation to and from work is not needed. Cell phone also provided if needed.
