Single story house. Job to be performed, to remove and replace approx. 33sq. existing shingles and put the old shingles in the dumpster on site. Replace up to (5) five sheets of plywood – if there is rotted sheeting outside of those five pieces included, I will pay for additional cost of $25 per board of sheeting needed extra. Install new quality synthetic felt and install starter shingles, install all new pipe collars and add (4) four box vents to the roof for more air flow into the attic. Install with GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal Algae Resistant Laminated High Definition Shingles. 6 nails per shingle to be used when nailing roof down. A cap to match the roof shingles will be applied to top ridge of roof. Clean up and remove debris and place in container. Container will be removed upon completion of the job or shortly after. Magnet to be run on ground after jobsite is cleaned up to ensure no stray nails are left. Roofing contractor must be licensed in Virginia. Contractor must carry workers compensation and proof of policy and hold home owner harmless of any and all injuries of any kind. Contractor liable to get all if any permits needed to do job. Contractor liable for cost for any damage to home done by workers. Contractor responsible for safety of workers. Contractor responsible for supplying dumpster and all materials needed to accomplish job to be performed. Contractor will write contract on your contract form. Contractor will be paid upon total satisfaction of home owner. If you are not a licensed contractor, do not reply. Total compensation to be paid is $6,400.00 firm.
