A fun, fitness/yoga filled party! No experience needed. Come experience the music, moves, and passion as we kick off the spring. What to expect: This hour long session will be recorded, if you are not interested in being recorded please let us know. 30 min of HIIT followed by 30 min of yoga The 30 min HIIT program will be tailored to fit all levels. The HIIT circuit will consist of 4 rounds with 7 different exercises ranging from upper body, lower body and core as well. Each exercise will last for 45 seconds with 20 second rest in between. Between each round will be a 1 min rest period. The yoga session will be broken up into, two 15 min sessions one before the circuit and one after. Fitness Attire: Wear proper workout clothing that allows for easy movement. Please bring water, mats(if you have one) and please wear a mask(required). Waivers: After signing up for the event, a waiver form will be sent to you via email. All participants MUST sign the waiver PRIOR to attending the event. We look forward to seeing you!
