65 Roses is the best Utah Crossfit competition with 100% of all proceeds donated to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation! Join us for our 5th annual 65 Roses, CF-4-CF charity competition! Over the past 5 years, "65 Roses", has been recognized as THE largest non profit competitive fitness competition in the state of Utah! With hundreds of athletes and spectators from gyms all over the Mid-West, this event has successfully raised and donated over $150,000 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation! This is your chance to be apart of the BEST, Competitive Fitness Competition of the year! "65 Roses" is a 100% non profit competitive fitness competition that welcomes all level of athletes! Our goal and mission is to raise money and awareness for The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation while putting our Crossfit training to the test! This will be a 4 person team (2 male / 2 female) event that will consist of 3-4 workouts (TBD). There will be thousands of dollars in podium prizes, give aways, plus amazing raffle and silent auction items up for grabs! Due to COVID restrictions and to limit large groups, the event will be entirely outside (XCEL north parking lot) and we will limit capacity to 24 teams. *** 1 ticket per team *** Tickets are $380 ($95 per person) + fees. 100% of all money raised will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Upon registration you will be sent an email confirmation requesting team members names, email, shirt sizes, RX or Scaled, and what box you represent. Athlete shirts and swag bags with every registration! Teams are 2 guy, 2 girl. Workouts could consist of: Oly lifts (snatch and or Clean & Jerk), Hang clean, OHS, pull ups, wall balls, burpees, Muscle-Ups, Rowing, Assualt Bike, Box jumps, Ski-erg, Rope Climbs,Handstand walks, double-unders, Running, and other Crossfit style movements. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that affects both the lungs and digestive system. Those affected endure hours of daily breathing treatments, as well take upwards of 30 pills every single day! There is currently no cure for Cystic Fibrosis and the average life expectancy is only 36 yrs young. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and all research is purely funded by generous donations and fundraisers like this. Please share this event, spread the word, and help this cause!
