LPX Fuel Space is launching a series with some of Chicago's most innovative Chefs. A limited amount of tickets will be available! lululemon Lincoln Park's Chef Series will feature a different Chicago based Chef every two weeks throughout Spring 2021. Each Chef will prepare a multi-course custom meal for takeaway. In addition to the meal, each kit will include a pass to take the featured Chef's favorite sweat class + a pass to lululemon Lincoln Park's Tune beds. Chef Series kicks off on March 13th with Chef Charles Welch. Charlie was trained at Le Cordon Bleu. He has worked in several award winning Chicago restaurants and won Jean Banchet, "Rising Chef of the Year" in 2017. Menu (serves two) Bread course: House made focaccia bread, chive-roasted garlic pesto Salad course: Winter greens, shallot, radish, haricot verts, maitake mushroom Pasta course: Truffle rigatoni, roasted squash cream, pancetta, pistachio Dessert: green tea panna cotta, coconut macaroon, white chocolate *unfortunately no substitutions will be available.
