Full time maintenance position; Sunday through Thursday. Responsibilities include general maintenance and orderliness of shop and supplies. Must have knowledge of basic home electrical, plumbing, remodeling, & familiarity with the use of hand and motorized tools. Includes painting, pressure washing, and janitorial care. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds. You must be able to work on a ladder. A valid driver’s license is required. Applicant must speak, write, and read English fluently. A professional, friendly demeanor is necessary.
