You do not need do have a real estate license for this. This is a fun exciting role where are you will be part of a VIP promotion and set of promotions. Great potential for the right person if you have a customer service background, a sales service background it really focuses on helping people have a great experience. You are there to help people and make sure they have a great experience not to sell them at all. You are a great communicator and people person and you love to use your personality and make people have a great experience. You need to be outgoing and friendly and loving what you’re doing. But that’s what this position is all about. Your goal is to make people walk away and say wow that is the greatest experience I’ve ever had from any company. Everything is VIP and although we want you to feel and look your best it is flexible around who you are. Most of all we want you to be genuine because everything that we do is. Only to give them the greatest experience they have ever had. There is hourly pay and the generous bonus which could be thousands of dollars depending on a number of factors. You will be meeting people in person but obviously using CDC guidelines, social distancing and masks at all times. Some of it will also be on the phone.
