STAMFORD, CT — A 22-year-old Wilton man has been charged in connection to a serious crash that occurred in Stamford last year, according to Stamford police. On Oct. 16 around 11 p.m., a 2017 Jaguar driven by a Norwalk resident was passing through the intersection of North State and Canal streets when it collided with a 2012 Ford Escape, police said in a statement Tuesday.
