Bobette's Take Out is holding its annual fundraiser for the Beth-El Center. February is 'Butternut Buddy" Month' at Bobette's located at 127 Gulf Street in Milford. For every sale of their Butternut Bisque soup, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Beth-El Center and will go directly to assisting those experiencing hunger and homelessness in our community. Bobette's soup was awarded Connecticut Magazine's 'Best in Connecticut 2017'. Co-owners Bobette Moore and Gary Caulfield serve over 100 varieties of soup made from fresh, quality ingredients and Bobette's serves up a different combination of seasonal or customer favorites daily.
