Looking for someone to help take care of a property in Rowland Park. It's a house that has been split into multiple apartments. We're out of town and need someone that can meet with the residents as they have issues and help with basic repairs / let us know when we need to call someone with more specialized skills. The ideal candidate: - Is able to get to Rowland Park - Has basic handyman experience - Is able to work independently, both during COVID and after - Is personable and would get along with residents as necessary - Knows how to use basic tools and can complete simple tasks without needing to call in other professionals - Is interested in taking on additional maintenance projects (painting, pressure washing, basic landscaping for example) Please send an email including at least the following: 1. Experience working independently on similar jobs We own other properties in the city, so assuming things go well, there is an opportunity for additional work or to get involved in some of the renovation projects. Role can be extremely flexible, 90% of items can be done around your existing schedule when you have a few hours to work down a to do list. Pay is $15 an hour. To be clear, please do not waste your time / my time if this is unacceptable. Background check required.
