Looking for an individual that has any field experience with hand tools and small equipment. Preferably construction background and/or maintenance background. Must keep job site cleaned and detailed and not afraid to get dirty. Willing to learn other aspects of the trade. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Clean driving record. Valid driver's license. Pass a criminal background check. Strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Willing to train but experience a plus! Ability to maintain a positive attitude. Strong communication skills. Experience construction or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
