Rehoming parakeet and canary friends in tall flight cage

Description

I am rehoming my parakeet and canary. The parakeet, Rhea, is about 5 years old, female, green and yellow. The canary, Limoncita, is 2 years old, light yellow female. She does sing quietly. These two have been cage mates for a year and get along well, eating a mix of parakeet and canary seed. Limoncita is very active and plays with the parakeet toys, too. Neither bird is hand tamed. Both are healthy and lively. They live in a double high cage (about 36" high x 2 5" wide x 1 3" deep). The cage is newer and in very good shape. They come with toys, perches, at least a month's food, a grit block, cuttlebone, some cage dishes, a birdbath that attaches to the cage door, and a small carrying cage for transport. I'm asking a reasonable rehoming fee as the canary is quite young and so many supplies are included. I'm finding a new home for them as the keet was inherited from a friend a few years ago, along with a male canary. I bought that canary a lady friend (Limoncita), but he was old and crabby and they didn't get along. The male canary died of old age four months ago. The girls (parakeet and canary) now get along famously. But, I have other birds and these little ones get ignored. A friend was keeping them, but she is now ill and unable to enjoy them. Please email for more information and to set up a time to see these very pretty birds. We're in downtown Madison.
