WE DO NOT PROVIDE TRAINING. •Perform various manual tasks which require specialized skills, and assist Construction Managers and Foreman in Residential Construction for the prep and detail of residential homes. •Perform handyman tasks related to prep and detail work. Corrective and preventive maintenance, using tools and equipment as required, in the following areas: repairing cut outs in drywall, smooth and texture coats, level IV & V finishes, patching and painting drywall from trade damage, painting, repairing various surfaces on cabinets, interior and exterior doors, interior and exterior walls to include stucco and siding. •May clean and prepare sites, masking, taping, caulking, repair and install baseboards, door casings where missed or require repair. •Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. •Carry up to 50 lbs of equipment and materials. •Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to listen and comprehend instructions accurately to learn products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment use. •Must have own tools and reliable transportation •Perform other duties as assigned. •Our main office is located in Santa Clarita •MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT JOB SITES/HOMES WHEN NEEDED TO COMPLETE WORK ORDERS FROM VARIOUS BUILDERS IS A MUST! Job Type: Full-time Salary: $23.00 to $25.00 /hour
