As a Lead Technician with 2 to 3 years experience, you know that your day can start off doing a water remediation job, to a mold mitigation project, and end with an emergency service at a commercial building. If you are a Smoke Lead Technician, you can do in-house cleanings, packing out a house that has gone through a fire, or clean contents effected by mold or soot. Each day you are working as a team with other technicians. Always striving to ensure that you are putting your best foot forward and your Customer Skills are off the chart. You care about what you do because your customers depend on you. Getting a call after hours or while being on-call for an emergency service is part of the job but you thrive on helping people in tough times....like when a pipe burst and the water flows throughout the house.
