Join us at Iowa Family Chiropractic for a fair of vendors here to help expecting mothers with all their pregnancy and birthing needs. We will have vendors from all around the Des Moines area to share what they do to help expecting families as their due dates approach. Due to COVID, we are reserving time slots for all that attend to regulate the amount of people in the venue at one time.
