It is with deep sadness and despair that I reach out to you. Sadly and without warning, little Richard showed symptoms and has been diagnosed with a collapsed trachea. I have exhausted my personal resources, which have also been limited by Covid, to save his life. This is why I am reaching out to family, friends, and the community for support.
