WE are scheduling interviews for 4 full time Artistic, hard working, physically fit Team players to join our Team. This is not easy work. It is long hours (8-10 hr days) 5 days a week in the growing season (March-November). Please understand this is hard work for physically fit people who love to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. Please do not apply if this is not a passion. We are a well established landscape contracting and management company. Applicants must be able to lift 70 plus pounds regularly. Qualified applicants will need to be able to learn & retain plant ID. Applicant must feel comfortable asking questions and never " just guess". We have an awesome Team with decades of combined experience & knowledge. You will learn invaluable green industry skills to help you succeed and grow with us. Apply your artistic side and help create amazing landscapes. A valid CA DL and clean record is a requirement. Experience with maneuvering trailers is desired but not required. Experience with all types of gas powered commercial grade equipment inc. mowers, all hand tools, hedgers, trimmers, blowers, edgers ect is required. Ability to maintain & treat equipment in a non abusive fashion is required. All employees are required to have their own small hand tools such as hand clippers, pruning saw,weeding tools etc. that are clean, sharp and in proper working condition on a daily basis. Eye and hearing PPE are also required. All new employees are required to obtain a negative COVID19 test and Self Quarantine during result waiting period in order to start work.
