How are you FILLING your physical and emotional cup?
My focus for this evening is to create an awareness of your feelings and how they are managed. February is Go Red for Women, American Heart Month, and of course Valentine’s Day.
All about the health of our HEART.
We are still in the midst of so much disconnect. The disconnect is HEAVY. Our hearts are lonely.
Let’s connect and share some of the heaviness, emptiness, and happiness that we all might be feeling.
I will be sharing and taking your ideas regarding managing our emotions in a healthy way.
Discuss why some of our management strategies are unhealthy.
How food, sleep and movement can impact our emotions.
For me the disconnect makes me feel sad although I have a laundry list to be grateful for.
The disconnect, frustration, and sadness are real!
