Part time help needed on the ground doing tree work

Need to have some experience or be willing to learn. Need someone to help on the ground, lowering limbs, running a chainsaw, dragging brush etc. Need to know or be willing to learn and understand various rigging techniques, certain knots, so u can be a good help while I'm up in a tree. I'll pay 25-35%, maybe more depending on your experience, of what I'm making on a job. Dont care if your clean or not just be alert and safe on the job, don't be messed up or hung over trying to run a chainsaw. Also don't try and steal from me or a customer, you'll be shot just like that and I won't feel bad about it, just kidding, but seriously I'm not putting up w someone who has sticky fingers. Right now this will just be a part time as needed under the table job.
