Press release from the Town of Los Gatos: February 10, 2021 As the Lead Agency, the Town of Los Gatos will prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for Planned Development Application PD-20-001 located at 110 Wood Road. The application is for approval of a Planned Development for a senior living community and removal of large protected trees on property zoned R:PD. The Town is requesting comments regarding the scope and content of the environmental information to be addressed in the EIR.
