We’ve missed you. Wednesday night runs are back. We're excited to bring back our Wednesday night runs at Don Knabe Regional Park in Cerritos. Your safety is our number one priority, so we've made some necessary changes in our operations and rules. Please review the info below and select a date to complete your RSVP. Run operation: Assigned captains will lead groups of 10 or less. Please meet at the open grass area between the parking lot and 195th StRunners will be assigned to a captain upon arrival. Groups will be separated by distance (3/6 mile options available)Captains will go through stretches, routes, rules, and announcementsGroups will start at staggered times in an effort to avoid crowdingRules: Wear a face covering when social distancing (6 ft apart) cannot be maintainedPlease stay home If you are feeling sick at all or have been sick recentlyMinimize contact when possible (hugs, high fives, etc.).
