Our established and successful client, located near Lincoln, NH is seeking a Manufacturing and Equipment Manager to lead its small team of technicians. Responsible for oversight of shop staff including hiring, training, mentoring, customer tech support; purchasing supplies and shop materials and verifying all materials necessary for new builds; scheduling equipment repairs and rentals and overall work on the shop floor. Must have solid communication, mentoring, coaching and staff development, time management and computer skills. Experience working with mechanics is a plus.
