What can you expect from Sullivan’s Charcuterie Workshop and Sip Co. wine education? This workshop will instruct you on how to build a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board that you get to take home and share with your friends and family. I will teach you how to select your crackers and which cheese they are intended to be used with. You will learn knife skills, food safety procedures and fruit carving techniques. As well as, the actual meaning of charcuterie. It will be a 8x8 box for two for an after dinner snack or carry to lunch the next day. All supplies will be provided. Emmett Kerr with Sip Co. will be bringing you all the wine knowledge you need! This ticketed event will include three different varieties of wine. One glass of each. Champagne will welcome you as you walk in the door. He will then progress on to the other wines. All restaurant COVID safe procedures will be enforced during this workshop. Please bring your masks.
