J.R.'s Comedy Club and Bella Vida Events are excited to announce February's line-up of comedians for the next parking lot comedy event! Bella Vida Events is once again partnering with J.R.'s Comedy Club to bring you another event filled with laughter & fun! Enjoy an afternoon of comedy from the safety and comfort of your car. This line-up of comedians will have you laughing and smiling from start to finish! Space is limited and tickets are sure to sell out fast. Event begins at 3:00 p.m. with gates opening at 2:30 p.m. Bruce Baum-from The Simpsons and Showtime Bernadette Pauley from Comedy Central! Kevin Jordan from Drybar Comedy Jason Love - a cruise ship favorite! Monique Marvez-she's on Sirius FM radio and on "Not Skinny Not Blonde" on Showtime! Randy Lubas-J.R. himself! Al Ducharme from Family Guy!and........ Dick Meyers...a local comic who has been featured in The Signal! Tickets are $20 per car for general admission . The number of passengers must not exceed the number of safety belts/seats in your vehicle. No RVs, buses or limousines allowed. All guests must remain in their cars and practice social distancing of at least 6 feet. Event may be postponed, rescheduled or canceled due to weather, an unforeseen circumstance or City, County, State or Federal government mandate or decree. In the event of any of these events, you may request a ticket to a rescheduled event or may request a refund. The SCV Senior Center reserves the right to refuse service to anybody. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT: By entering the SCV Senior Center premises ALL participants acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Each person in attendance will be a participant in An Afternoon of Laughter and Fun event at the SCV Senior Center and agrees to the following: I AM AWARE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND RELATED GOVERNMENTAL ORDERS, DIRECTIVES AND GUIDELINES, INCLUDING DIRECTIVES FOR FREQUENT HAND WASHING, SOCIAL DISTANCING AND USE OF FACE MASKS IN PUBLIC LOCATIONS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS EVENT IS OCCURRING IN A PUBLIC LOCATION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, AND AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND AGREE TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN. As consideration for being permitted by the SCV Senior Center and its governing board to participate in this activity and use the SCV Senior Center premises and facilities, I forever release the SCV Senior Center and indemnify and hold harmless the SCV Senior Center and its governing board, SCV Committee on Aging and SCV Committee on Aging Supporters and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, independent contractors and agents for any and all liability or claim for loss or damage, injury or death, whether caused by ordinary negligence or otherwise arising in connection with the production of a comedy shows on the SCV Senior Center premises. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives will not make a claim again, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with the matters covered by the foregoing release. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. IA M AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE SCV SENIOR CENTER, THE SCV COMMITTEE ON AGAIN AND THE SCV COMMITTEE ON AGING SUPPORTERS
