We need reliable individuals that have proven ability to successfully repair residential properties, and vehicles under 10,000 pounds, on-call, short-notice, to fulfill the work requested. Residential. Light carpentry, repair, and maintenance for residential properties, not limited to: Window repair Sump pump maintenance Installing security doors Electric work such as install an outlet, ensure wiring correct Paint Introductory landscaping Vehicles. Cars, pickup trucks, not limited to: Repair and replace brake components. For jobs that do not need a hoist, can come to the site of vehicle and work on it there. Tune ups. Suspension work, such as sway bar replacement. Fix no starts due to wear and tear, for instance, sudden frayed wiring. Decorative repairs, replace lights, pull out dents. Must have own transportation; vehicle large enough to be able to haul materials for project preferred. Must have own tools to do the job. Must be able to pass a basic background check. Must have working phone, that can accept/send texts and photos i.e. of work performed. Some experience applicable to project preferred. Able to speak and read English sufficiently enough to perform jobs smoothly. Compensation can be by the job or per hour, depending on agreement. Able to start carpentry work before on or February 12th, 2021. This is not a full time job. At times there might be projects that have full time hours, which might run 1 or 2 weeks. Long term retainer fees is not a part of the business plan. How this works: You call or contact us, leave a message, or text.
