Found Siamese cat

We found a super friendly Siamese cat in our tree in our front yard. He is extremely friendly and extremely lovable. His nails are clipped but has no chip. He is definitely someone’s cat. He just sits in your lap and wants to be loved on non stop. I live in the Alton area. Please contact me if you think this is your cat.
