Join us for a Cleanup, Tree Planting, and Tree Giveaway at New Orleans City Park! Join us for a morning of volunteering in New Orleans City Park! We cannot keep the Park looking as good as it does without the help from the community. Meet a little before 9am and work until noon. Always wear closed-toe shoes and sunscreen and bring a water bottle. Volunteers from Blessed Earth Southeast and Loyola New Orleans will be joining us for the cleanup, planting trees, and giving away native trees to plant at home. Join us and get a FREE native tree, while supplies last. Registration required. We'll send the exact meeting location within the park once you register. We'll also send information to all registrants about the 1 Mississippi River Citizens program and how you can join. Due to social distancing, the event is limited to 25 volunteers, but up to 75 can resgister to pick up a free tree .
