looking for a dog

I am disabled and in need of a dog. My last dog died of cancer and she served me for 10 years and I am lost without her. I am retired and would be with her 24/7 and would shower her with love. I have a nice fenced yard with all the room to be a dog. I have no other pets and I live alone. I can train her to help me and the best training tool is love and care. The puppy or young female will be feed the best food so she will not get cancer from the cheaper dog food, I pray. If you have a a female dog please let me know. I am also willing to pay a rehoming fee
