Press release from the City of Golden Valley: February 10, 2021 Hennepin County has recently released its draft Climate Action Plan and members of the public can now review the document. The draft is a culmination of a year-long planning effort and was shaped by community members who shared the impacts they've experiences from climate change. Review the document here. Share Your Feedback The county is holding virtual meetings, Feb 22, 11:30 am–1 pm and March 1, 4–5:30 pm, where county staff will present core goals and strategies. Residents interested in the county's response to climate change are encouraged to attend. Using online facilitation tools, participants can complete polls about the goals and strategies, offer comments, and ask questions through a moderated process.
