SAN JOSE, CA — The death of man found Tuesday morning is being investigated as a homicide, San Jose police said. We are currently investigating a homicide in the 1400 block of Santa Clara St. One adult male victim, unknown suspect/s or motive. Time of call was 2:09am. Homicide number four of 2021. The suspect and motive are not yet known according to police. Street closures are in effect until further notice on Santa Clara St. in both directions from 26th St. to Highway 101, police said.
