Role: The incumbent under the responsibility of the installation team leader must be reliable, punctual, and available from Monday to Friday. He should be prepared to be away from home 1 to 3 days a week. He is polite and concerned with customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities: Our installation technicians are on the road with a teammate and they travel throughout the territory of Maine to install projects, mainly kitchen and bathroom counters, for individuals who are having a new house built or renovated. To do so, they are behind the wheel of a truck and they share the drive. Once they arrive at the customer's premises, they proceed with the installation while making sure not to damage the equipment. They must ensure that they comply with health and safety regulations, safe work procedures and regulations in force. Skills: • Good analytical and conceptual mind • Ability to work under pressure • Excellent communicator and customer service • Demonstrates initiative and autonomy • Organized and structured • Able to manage his time Education and requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, tile setting or cabinet making • Experience polishing stone is an asset • Be in good physical shape • Pass a background check • Have a valid driver's license
