ON FEBRUARY 21ST, 5 PM ETS we welcome you to our Women's Circle Manipura Chakra Healing to UNCOVER, CONNECT, AND MANIFEST. Women’s Circles, an age-old tradition, offer a safe, sacred space for women to come together, connect authentically, and give and receive support and healing. Fears and self-discovery issues affect the vast majority of women but are rarely spoken about. Struggling in secret and in silence only deepens the wound of shame, comparison, and competition among us, and women’s circles can act as a potent medicine for that wound. The Circle is a safe, sacred space to connect authentically with other women and walk together towards Freedom with the help of the ancient Medicine of Cacao. On February 21st, we will be learning about one of the main aspects of the human energy body, the Solar Plexus Chakra. The position of the Solar Plexus Chakra is best described as four fingers above the navel. This chakra is where your power and self-confidence manifests. In Sanskrit, this Chakra is called Manipura (lustrous gem). The Color Is Yellow. The Element is Fire. Affirmations: ~I am powerful. ~I own my power. ~I am strong. ~My work has an ease and flow. ~I honor myself. Date: 21.02.2021 Solar Plexus Chakra Many of our past traumas become stored in the body and continue to affect thought patterns and behaviors. People who have experienced a strict upbringing, bullying, or authoritarian parents, or those who have suffered mental or physical abuse tend to have difficulty balancing the third chakra. Therapy, support from loved ones, and other healthy activities can help begin the path to healing from the past and restoring balance to the solar plexus chakra. Manipura Chakra is all about doing, achieving, manifesting your own power. To activate this power center in your body we will first share the ancient sacred cacao ceremony opening up the heart to the universe, showing that we are ready to receive the knowledge we are seeking. Following the ceremony, you will be guided through a short moving meditation, to let the prana - life force - move through the Nadis - channels of your body. Once we’ve activated the inner power, we will use meditations as the pathway to unravel our soul’s truest dreams and wishes, manifesting them on the vision board mockup.
