Electrical and plumbing services needed

Description

I have a 1000sf 3bed 1 bath single family house close to Meyers and Schoolcraft that need some repairs. I am looking for someone to help me with the following jobs: - check all the electrical outlets lighting wiring and fix a couple of bad outlets + wire a line from kitchen and another one from the bathroom to the electrical panel for a GFCI outlet: payments $250 (including material) - plumbing the whole house with PEX and take out the old pipes + snake the drains :payment $850 (including material) - replace a couple of windows $100 per window (labor only). - there will be some more jobs to do like connecting furnace, etc. that will discuss after these are done.
