Compensation: $27-$30 Employment type: full-time - Family owned solar installation company currently looking for our next lead Solar Installer to join our team. - Immediate opening! - Pay rate starts at $27-$30 per hour with proven experience! - Room for advancement and raise within less than 90 days for the right person! - Need to have Minimum (No Exceptions) 3 years experience of solar installation as lead installer or foreman. - Reliable Vehicle is a must. - Be able to lift 60 lbs. and operate construction light and heavy tools such as "Drill, Saw, Jack Hammer, Augur, etc". - Ability to climb ladder (comfortable with working on the roof), and ability to dig trenches if needed. - Be able to pass background check and drug test. - Project sites are located all over the San Diego County. Hours are 6:30a.m. - 3:00p.m or AWS. - Saturday hours vary based on company's needs. - Please be comfortable with electrical work residential and commercial experience is a big plus, including wiring and bending EMT electrical pipes, load centers. - Be able to lift 60 lbs. and operate construction light and heavy tools such as "Drill, Saw, Jack Hammer, Augur, etc". - Be able to pass background check and drug test.
