Job Description: Junk King is currently seeking Self-motivated, Honest, and Reliable Drivers/Team Leads. If you like being bored, this is not the job for you. You will need to be able to lift/carry 75lbs easily daily! Pay rates start at $15 per hour + overtime + tips. This can increase total pay to over $20 per hour. Pay increases are regularly attainable for the right people! Position includes Paid Time Off - (Some Holidays) & Hired candidate will earn a $250 bonus upon successful completion of the first 180 days on the job. Applicants Must: • Valid driver's license with 2 POINTS OR LESS WILL BE CONSIDERED (drivers must be 26 or older due to insurance reasons) • Have strong Customer Service/ People Skills • Availability to work weekends & overtime - The schedule with this job will vary day to day. • Sense of Duty and Responsibility • Should be able to lift 75 lbs. • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on a wide variety of jobs. • No special drivers' licenses required This job includes: • Truck Operations: Safety, courtesy and awareness • Junk Removal: Heavy lifting and removal of junk from business, residential, and government sites • Some Sales: Onsite selling, up-selling, excellent customer service.
