FULTON COUNTY, GA — Even during a pandemic, love prevails. Fulton County Judge Kenya Johnson will perform free wedding ceremonies from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday at the Fulton County courthouse, located at 185 Central Ave. SW, Atlanta. The private courtroom ceremonies will have limited guests allowed, and masks are required. Appointments are required, and can be made at 404-613-4688.
