Escape Room Game Master (Oatman, Arizona) compensation: $12 per hour employment type: Part Time. Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are looking for enthusiastic and fun individuals who would enjoy working in a unique and entertaining environment. We are the Oatman Jailbreak Escape Room: An old west jail themed escape room located in the heart of Oatman, Arizona. Our escape room is not purchased or franchised. It is a one of a kind attraction which has been very well received since opening January, 2018. We believe in exceptional customer experience and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Warmly interact with walk in guests and sign them up. Address their questions, requests, and resolve concerns. • Explain the rules of the escape room and “set the stage” for the experience. • Monitor guests during each game and provide timely and appropriate hints to help them be successful. • Think creatively, respond and adapt the game play if something unexpected happens or any complications arise. • Reset the jail after play and ensure that each puzzle is ready to play. • Maintain clean facility to ensure quality guest experience. • Inspect game equipment regularly to ensure it’s in excellent working condition, and let us know if anything needs fixing. Skills & Requirements: • Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people enthusiastically to get them excited about their experience. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You will be constantly engaging with customers and must enjoy that engagement! • High attention to detail (rooms must be monitored closely and reset 100% correctly every time). • Improvisational skills needed, as different customers will ask for a wide variety of help. • Ability to multi-task in high-pace environment, while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude. • Weekend availability is preferred. We will discuss weekday availability. We are not open in the evening or at night. • Must have reliable source of transportation.
