Our Sonsray team is a growing and we are offering competitive wages and benefits. We are seeking a motivated, skilled Installer Technician to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. Job Description: - Shop Foreman is a hands-on working foreman role that is responsible to manage and ensure our customer’s equipment meets or exceeds DOT and OSHA specifications. - Responsibilities include reefer, truck and trailer repairs, diagnosis, preventive maintenance, supervising shop mechanics, and enforcing company policies/procedures. - Must have proven basic leadership experience to be considered. - Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of components on truck and trailer refrigeration units. - Maintaining transport refrigeration unit on trucks and trailers by performing diagnostics using scanners, electronic test equipment, and on-board computers. - Completing preventive maintenance, component replacement, and service to refrigeration equipment. - Maintains transport truck and trailer refrigeration units and truck APU’s by reviewing shop orders. - Repairing failures; removing, replacing, testing for Freon leaks, assembling, and installing parts and components involving soldering, welding and the use of refrigeration equipment. - Installing various new units on trailers, trucks, vans - Perform miscellaneous related duties as required and assigned by manager. Qualifications: - Must have 5+ years’ experience repairing heavy diesel equipment. - Must have proven basic leadership experience. - Thermo King or Carrier Reefer equipment experience is preferred but not a must. - Have the ability to handle major diesel repairs.
