Pool and spa equipment inspection / review needed

I need someone to come check out the pool and spa equipment to see what's wrong with it. The pump keeps dropping the electrical breaker every few hours. I put a new breaker but still same thing. It could be the skimmer isn't installed property or something is clogged. The pool and equipment is 1 year old but maybe it's not even piped and wired properly. I need someone who is an expert on pool equipment to come inspect everything. Maybe I'll upgrade things, I'm not sure. There's pool companies offering "free estimates" I only called 1 and "free" wasn't free. Let me know what you got for me.
